What is covered

What is not covered
- Wear parts: tyres, tubes, chain, cassette, brake pads, bar tape, grips.
- Crashes, misuse, racing damage, and damage from assembly or repairs by someone else.
- Scratches and chips from normal use, and decals scrubbed with abrasive cleaners.
- A size that does not suit you when it matches the size guide for your height.
How to make a claim
- Write to hello@example.com with your order number, photos of the problem and of the frame number under the bottom bracket.
- We reply within one working day and tell you whether a local shop can fix it or the bike comes back to the workshop.
- Approved claims are repaired or replaced at no cost, including shipping.
Crash replacement
If you crash and the frame is damaged, we replace it at 40 percent off the frame price for the first owner, in the same colour, within three years of purchase.
