These terms apply to every order placed in this store.
1. Orders
An order is accepted when we send the confirmation. Bikes are built to your configuration: check the size, colours and options in the cart before you pay.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include the options you chose. Shipping and taxes are added at checkout.
3. Your designs
You confirm that you own, or may use, the names, logos and pictures you upload, and that they break no law and no one's rights. We may refuse an order that breaks this rule. You keep your rights and let us use your files only to make your order.
4. Delivery
Times on Delivery & assembly are estimates. We tell you early if an order is late.
5. Assembly and safe use
Bikes arrive part-assembled. Finish the set-up as described, or have a mechanic do it, and check brakes, wheels and bolts before the first ride. Wear a helmet and follow traffic rules.
6. Returns and warranty
See Returns & refunds and Warranty. Statutory rights are not affected.
7. Names and brands
Bikes and parts are described by type and specification. Names of other bicycle or component makers are not used and no endorsement is implied.
8. Liability
Unlimited for intent, gross negligence and injury, and where the law requires it; otherwise limited to the value of the order.
