Every CycleCraft bike starts as an empty frame. You choose the size, the paint, the decals and the parts online; we paint, build, tune and test ride it, then send it to your door.

Built to order, not taken from a shelf
We do not keep finished bikes in a warehouse. When you press Add to cart, the configuration you see in the builder becomes the build sheet our mechanics work from: frame size, one of 24 paint colours in solid, pearl or metallic, the decal set and the logo colour, wheels, gears, contact points and accessories.
How a bike is made
- Build sheet. Your configuration and a picture of the bike are printed and checked against the frame size you chose.
- Paint. The frame and fork are painted in the colour and finish you picked; decals and the head badge go on before the clear coat.
- Build. Wheels are trued on the stand, the drivetrain and brakes are fitted and adjusted, cables are cut to your size.
- Test ride. Every bike is ridden around the yard and checked again: brakes, gears, headset, wheels.
- Box. Front wheel, pedals and handlebar come off, the bike is wrapped and boxed with a set-up card.
What we sell
- Road, gravel and adventure, city and e-bikes, mountain bikes, kids bikes and a longtail cargo bike.
- Parts and accessories printed with your design: decal kits, top-tube name stickers, race number plates, bottles, team tees, caps and musette bags.
- Club and company orders from five bikes, with the same paint and decals on every frame.
How you design it
The builder paints the bike layer by layer while you choose: frame colour, decals and logo colour. The options below it price every part you pick, and the online designer lets you set your name, number or club logo on decals and printed parts before you order.
