Working days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 14:00 start the next working day. Parts and accessories ship in 2 to 4 working days.
Shipping costs
- Bikes: free shipping.
- Parts and accessories: free over $99, otherwise $4.95.
- Express shipping at checkout: $49 per order.
How the bike arrives
Every bike is assembled, tuned and test ridden, then the front wheel, pedals and handlebar come off for the box. The parts are wrapped and labelled, and a set-up card with the torque values is on top.
Set-up in about 20 minutes
You need hex keys (4, 5 and 6 mm) and a pump.
- Unpack and remove the foam and cable ties.
- Fit the handlebar; tighten the stem bolts evenly, a little at a time, to the torque printed on the stem.
- Fit the front wheel and close the quick release or thru-axle firmly.
- Fit the pedals: the right one turns clockwise, the left one counter-clockwise.
- Set the saddle height and pump the tyres to the pressure on the sidewall.
- Squeeze both brakes, spin the wheels and check that the gears change cleanly.
If you are not sure, a local bike mechanic can do the final check. With the Fully built and tuned option the bike arrives ready to ride, only the pedals go on.
Damage in transit
Photograph the box and the bike and write to us within 7 days of delivery. We send parts or arrange a collection; keep the box until the claim is closed.
