Standard bikes and parts: 30 days
An unused bike or part in its original box, without a custom name or artwork, can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We refund the price; the return label is on you unless the item is faulty.
Bikes and parts made for you
A frame with your name or artwork, decal kits, name stickers, number plates and printed apparel are made for you alone and cannot be resold, so we do not take them back for a change of mind. We reprint, repair or refund, your choice, within 30 days when:
- the print differs clearly from the proof you approved;
- something is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered;
- the wrong size, colour or build was sent.
What we need
Your order number and photos of the problem and of the box. Write to hello@example.com.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days after we receive the item.
Cancelling
Free until paint starts, usually within one working day after the order. After that the frame is already painted in your colour.
