Setting up a boxed bike in 20 minutes

Every CycleCraft bike is built, tuned and test ridden before it is part-disassembled for the box. You only finish the last steps.

1. Lay out the parts and a set of 4, 5 and 6 mm hex keys.
2. Fit the handlebar and tighten the stem bolts a little at a time, alternating sides.
3. Fit the front wheel and close the axle firmly.
4. Fit the pedals: the left one has a reverse thread.
5. Raise the saddle until your leg is almost straight at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
6. Pump the tyres, test both brakes and ride a short loop to check the gears.
