This page explains which personal data the store keeps when you browse, design and order, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who is responsible
The shop owner named on the Contact page.
What we collect and why
- Order data: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, the bike configuration and options. Needed to build, ship and invoice your order.
- Designs and uploads: text, logos and pictures you place in the designer or upload for decals and printed parts. Used only to make your order, never published.
- Account data: email and a password hash if you create an account, for your order history.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and pages visited, kept in server logs for security.

Who receives your data
Payment provider, shipping carrier, email service and hosting provider, each only for the purpose above. Paint, assembly and printing are done in the workshop.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records for the period tax law requires. Designs and uploads are deleted 12 months after the order unless you ask earlier. Server logs: 30 days.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Write to hello@example.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
