Processing time
Every order is checked by a person before it is printed. Printing and binding take 3 to 5 business days after your file is approved. If we need to ask you something about the file, the clock starts when you answer.
Delivery options
- Standard: 3 to 5 business days after binding. Free on orders over $75, otherwise a flat $5.95.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the studio.

Books ship flat in a rigid cardboard mailer with corner protection. The optional gift box adds a ribbon and tissue paper inside the mailer.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, write to hello@example.com with your order number and we will trace it or send a replacement.
