What we collect
When you order we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number (optional) and the photos and layouts you upload. We collect basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) through cookies, as described in the cookie policy.
Why we use it
- To make, ship and invoice your order.
- To contact you about your order or a problem with a file.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with our payment provider and our carrier. We do not sell your data and we do not use your uploaded photos for anything but your order.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for the period the law requires for accounting. Uploaded photos and layouts are deleted 12 months after your last order, or earlier on request.
