Personalised products
Photo books are printed to your layout, so we cannot take them back because you changed your mind. We do stand behind every print.
When we reprint or refund
- The book arrives damaged, or pages are missing or loose.
- The print is blurred, shifted, cut off or in the wrong colours compared with the approved preview.
- You received the wrong item.
Write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will reprint the item at no cost or refund it, as you prefer. You do not need to send the damaged item back.
What is not covered
- Typos, low-resolution photos or wrong names in a layout you approved or uploaded.
- Small colour differences between a screen and a printed page.
- Photos placed over the spine fold or the trim edge outside the safe zone.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we confirm the claim.
