We are a small print studio for photo books. You lay out the book in the online designer, we check every file, print it and bind it. That is all we do, so we try to do it well.
How a book gets made
Every order starts in the designer: you see the cover and the pages before you pay. When the order arrives, a person opens the file and checks the resolution of each photo, the margins and the cover wrap. If something would print badly, we write to you before anything is printed, not after.
Layflat and hardcover books are printed on photographic quality paper and bound by hand-fed machines; softcovers are perfect bound. Colour is checked against a reference sheet, so a sunset in your file is a sunset on the page.
What we promise
- If the print is wrong because of our mistake, we reprint it or refund you within 30 days.
