Start from a travel layout with a full-page opener for each place, then a grid of smaller pictures and a line for the date. The book is a landscape hardcover, so wide street and skyline photos keep their shape. Pages are printed on a digital press and bound in the workshop. Pictures need at least 200 dpi at print size; the designer warns about small ones, and pages near the spine lose a few millimetres.
