Every Maker produces and ships their own products. That keeps things simple for the Maker, and it means your order can arrive in more than one parcel.
One delivery line for each Maker
When your basket holds products from two Makers, the basket and checkout show a delivery line for each of them. Each Maker sets their own rates, so the total depends on where they ship from and where your order is going. Some Makers offer free shipping above a spend.
Processing time and transit time
- Processing time is how long the Maker needs to make your order. Production begins once payment is confirmed and, for a line that needs a proof, once you approve it. It is set by the Maker and shown on the product page.
- Transit time is how long the carrier takes after the parcel leaves the Maker. The Maker cannot control it.
Add the two together for an idea of when your order should arrive.
Tracking
When a Maker ships, they add a tracking number. It appears on that part of your order in My account, and you may receive an e-mail. An order with two Makers has two shipments, each with its own tracking and status.
International orders
Tax, import duties and customs charges depend on the country the parcel enters. They are not decided by the Maker or by the marketplace. If the carrier or customs asks for payment on arrival, that is the buyer’s responsibility. Check what applies in your country before you order.
If delivery goes wrong
- If your parcel is late, look at the tracking and then message the Maker from the order.
- If tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours and the carrier, then tell the Maker.
- If it never arrives or arrives damaged, take a photo and see Returns and refunds.
