Every order starts the same way: a person looks at your artwork before anything is printed. In this post we show the steps your gift takes from your screen to your door.
1. The artwork check
We open your file at full size, check the resolution and make sure the text stays inside the print area. If something looks off, we email you a suggestion before we print.
2. Printing
Mugs and cushions are printed with sublimation inks that bond with the surface, so the colors do not peel or fade in the dishwasher or the washing machine. T-shirts are printed with a flexible water-based ink.
3. Quality control and packing
Each item is inspected under daylight lamps and packed in recycled materials. Fragile items such as mugs go in a protective box.
