Shipping
- Production: 1 to 2 business days. Most orders ship in 2 to 3 business days.
- Standard shipping: $5.95, 3 to 5 business days within the US. Free on orders over $75.
- Express shipping: $14.95, 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking: every parcel has a tracking number by email.
We currently ship within the United States. Please check your address at checkout; we cannot change it once the parcel has been dispatched.
Returns and reprints
Every item is made to order, so we cannot take back items you simply changed your mind about. If the print is wrong, damaged or different from the preview you approved, we will reprint it or refund you.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery (14 days for damage).
- Send a photo of the item and your order number.
- We reply within one business day and send the reprint at no cost, or refund your payment.
