How long does an order take?
Most orders are printed and shipped in 2 to 3 business days. Delivery within the US takes 3 to 5 more business days with standard shipping.
Can I upload my own photo?
Yes. Open the online designer on any personalized product, upload a JPG or PNG (at least 1200 px on the long side works best) and move it into place. You see a preview before you order.
What happens if my photo is too small?
The designer warns you. If a file would print blurry, we also email you before we print and suggest a better crop or a replacement.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel within one hour of ordering. After that we have started printing, so please contact us and we will do our best.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes. Products with a quantity table show the lower price per item as you increase the quantity. For other quotes, write to us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Checkout is encrypted and you can check out as a guest.
What if my gift arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 14 days and we will reprint it or refund you. See the shipping and returns page.
