Which bag should I choose?
The tote has short handles for carrying in the hand. The shopper has long handles that go over the shoulder. The drawstring bag closes at the top and is worn like a backpack. The zip pouch is for small things in a bigger bag.
Can I order a single bag?
Yes. One bag is fine. From 10 bags you get 10 percent off and from 50 bags 20 percent off. For 100 or more, see Business orders.
Can I order one sample before a large order?
Yes. Order one bag with your design, check it, then order the rest. The sample is a normal order at the normal price.
Design
What size should my picture be?
At least 1500 by 1500 pixels for a design that fills the print area of a tote. The designer warns you when a picture is too small.
Can I print on both sides?
Totes, shoppers and drawstring bags can be printed on the back too. Choose Front and back under Print and use the Back side in the designer.
Can I upload my own print file?
Yes. Choose Upload print-ready file under Artwork. Send a PNG or PDF at 300 dpi. See the Print guide for the print areas.
Bags and printing
Will the colors match my screen?
Screens are brighter than fabric. Colors on natural canvas look a little warmer than on white. The preview you approve is what we print.
How do I wash a printed bag?
Turn it inside out and wash it cold on a gentle cycle. Do not iron over the print.
Delivery
How long does an order take?
Printing and packing take 2 to 4 business days, standard shipping 3 to 5 more. Express shipping (9.95 dollars at checkout) takes 2 business days.
