This is a demo store. The policy below is a template written for the demo; replace it with your own before you sell.
Processing and production
Every order is checked by a person before it is printed. Standard production takes 2 to 5 business days after your file is approved, depending on the product. If we need to ask you something about the file, the clock starts when you answer.
Express production
Need it sooner? Choose express in the Delivery option on the product page. Production then takes 1 to 3 business days for the extra price shown there. Express applies to production only; shipping time is the same.
Shipping time and cost
- Standard shipping: 3 to 5 business days within the United States.
- Free on orders over $75.
- Flat $5.95 on orders of $75 or less.
Where we ship
This demo shop ships to addresses in the United States only. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the studio in Austin.
Packaging
Stickers and sheets ship flat in a card mailer; rolls ship in a box with the core protected. Large orders may arrive in more than one parcel.
