These sample terms describe how orders work in this store. The shop owner must review and adapt them, with legal advice, before the store goes live.
1. Orders
An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation. Personalised cases are made to your design, so please check the preview before you order.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include the options you chose. Shipping and any taxes are added at checkout.
3. Your design and your rights
You confirm that you own the pictures, text and logos you upload, or have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or show unlawful content. We may refuse an order that breaks this rule. You keep your rights; you allow us to use your files only to make and ship your order.
4. Delivery
Delivery times on the Shipping & delivery page are estimates. We tell you early if an order will be late.
5. Returns
See Returns & refunds. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract are not affected.
6. Compatibility
Cases are described by phone size class (Model A to E). You are responsible for choosing the size that matches your phone.
7. Changes
We may change these terms for future orders. The version in force when you order applies.
