This sample policy shows how a store that prints to order can handle returns. Replace it with your own policy before you open the store.
Printed for you
Every case is printed for one customer, so it cannot be resold. Returns for a change of mind are not accepted.
When something is wrong
If the print clearly differs from the preview you approved, the case is damaged, or the wrong model or case type arrived, write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the case. We reprint the case or refund it.
What is not covered
- A design you approved with a spelling mistake or a low-resolution picture the designer warned about.
- Wear from normal use, and damage from solvents or heat.
- A model size that does not match your phone: check the size before you order.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel until we start printing, usually a few hours after you order.
