How long it takes
- Printing and packing: 2 to 3 business days after you order.
- Standard shipping: 3 to 5 business days, 4.95 dollars, free from 50 dollars.
- Express shipping: 2 business days, 9.95 dollars.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2 pm Central Time start the next business day.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States. Delivery zones and rates are set in WooCommerce under Shipping, so you can add countries and carriers.
Tracking
When the parcel leaves the studio you get an email with a tracking link. If you have not received it three business days after the order, contact us.
Bulk orders
Orders of 20 or more cases are packed per recipient or in one carton, as you prefer. Tell us in the order note or through Business orders.
