How do I know the case fits my phone?
Choose the size on the product page. Model A is for 5.4-inch phones, B for 6.1, C for 6.3, D for 6.7 and E for 6.9-inch phones. The screen size is in your phone settings or on the box. The designer shows the camera cut-out for the model you picked, so check it matches your camera.
Can I change the model after I added the case to the cart?
Yes. Open the product again from the cart, change the model and add it once more, then remove the first line.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One case is fine. From 5 cases you get 10 percent off and from 20 cases 20 percent off. For 100 or more, see Business orders.
Design
What size should my photo be?
At least 1200 by 2400 pixels for a photo that covers the whole back. The designer warns you when a picture is too small.
Where will the camera hide my design?
The designer draws the camera cut-out of your model on top of your design. Keep faces and text outside it and inside the dotted safe zone.
Can I upload my own print file?
Yes. Choose Upload print-ready file under Artwork. Send a PNG or PDF at 300 dpi, 78 by 156 mm including 2 mm bleed. See the Print guide.
Cases and printing
What is the difference between the case types?
Slim is a thin hard shell. Tough has two layers and raised corners for drops (+7 dollars). Clear is flexible and see-through. Magnet-ring has a built-in ring for magnetic chargers and mounts (+6 dollars).
Will the colours match my screen?
Screens are brighter than print. Very saturated neon colours print a little duller. The preview you approve is what we print.
Delivery
How long does an order take?
Printing and packing take 2 to 3 business days, standard shipping 3 to 5 more. Express shipping (+9.95 dollars at checkout) takes 2 business days.
What does shipping cost?
