Measure the finger the ring is for, at the end of the day when fingers are largest. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Two ways to measure
- With a ring that fits: measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimetres.
- With a strip of paper: wrap it around the finger, mark where it meets and measure the length (the circumference).

Cuffs come in three wrist sizes, small (6 in), medium (6.5 in) and large (7 in), and bend gently for a closer fit.
