How much text fits on a piece?
It depends on the surface: about 20 characters inside a ring, 24 per ring for the couple bands, 30 along a message cuff, 40 inside the twisted cuff and two or three initials on a signet ring or cufflink. The engraving guide lists every piece.
Can I see the engraving before I order?
Yes. Open the designer on the product page, type your text and choose the font: the preview shows it on the piece, or on the unrolled inside of a band. A person checks every order against your preview before it is engraved.
How do I find my ring size?
Measure a ring that fits the same finger, or wrap a strip of paper around the finger and measure its length. The ring size guide turns both into US sizes 5 to 12.
What is the message card?
Our necklaces and sets come on a printed card in a gift box. Write your message and design the card online, start from a template, or upload a card you made yourself.
How long does it take?
Every piece is engraved after you order: three to five working days, then the parcel ships insured with tracking.
Which metals do you use?
Sterling silver, and sterling silver plated with yellow or rose gold. The cuffs are stainless steel in gold, silver and rose gold tones. The jewelry care page explains how to keep each one bright.
Can I order the same piece for a group?
Yes. The price per piece drops from 3 and from 6 pieces of the same product, for bridesmaids, groomsmen or a team.
