Engraving is cut into the metal, so short words and simple fonts read best. Type your text in the designer on the product page: the preview shows it on the piece before you order, and a person checks it again before it is engraved.

Choosing a font
- Classic serif for names and dates, easy to read at small sizes.
- Script for a personal line or a signature, best for short words.
- Block capitals for initials, coordinates and numbers.
Good to know
Symbols such as a heart or an infinity sign can be added in the designer. Inside a band the text reads from the top of the ring. Engraved pieces are made for you, so check the spelling of names and dates in the preview.
