Orders
An order is accepted when we approve the print file and confirm it by email. Prices are shown in US dollars and include the print method you choose; shipping and sales tax are added at checkout.
Prices and quantity discounts
Quantity breaks at 1, 12, 24, 48 and 100 pieces give 0, 10, 18, 25 and 32 percent off the unit price. Set-up fees, embroidery and artwork services are listed on the product page.
Your artwork
You confirm that you have the right to print everything you upload or create, including logos, names, photos and slogans. We may refuse an order that infringes someone else’s rights or contains unlawful, hateful or offensive content, and we will refund it in full.
Proofs and approvals
The preview in the designer, or the proof we send for bulk and designer orders, is the approved design. We print what you approve; please check spelling, names and numbers carefully.
Colour and fabric
Garment and ink colours on screen are close but not exact. Fabric weights and sizes may differ by up to 3 percent from the published figures.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and start when the file is approved. See shipping and delivery.
Returns
See the returns and refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law.
Liability
Our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force on the day you order applies to that order.
