What we collect
When you order we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number (optional) and the designs, names and files you upload. We also collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited through cookies, as described in the cookie policy.
Why we use it
- To make, ship and invoice your order.
- To contact you about your order or a problem with a file.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations.
- To improve the shop, only with your consent for statistics cookies.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with our payment provider, our carrier and our email service. We do not sell your data and we use your artwork only to fill your order.
How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: 7 years, as tax rules require.
- Uploaded design files: deleted 12 months after your last order, or earlier on request.
- Support emails: 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time. We answer within 30 days. Write to hello@example.com.
Security
The shop uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored on our servers.
Children
The shop is not meant for people under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
