Teams, clubs, schools, events and companies can order 12 pieces or more with quantity discounts of 10 to 32 percent. This page explains how a bulk order works from first email to delivery.
Minimums
- Team and event products start at 12 pieces.
- Screen printing starts at 24 pieces, up to 4 colours, with a set-up of $15 per colour.
- DTG and DTF have no minimum, so a mixed order is possible.
Discounts
The unit price falls at 12, 24, 48 and 100 pieces by 10, 18, 25 and 32 percent. For orders above 100 pieces, ask for a quote.
Sizes, names and numbers
Send a size split, for example 2 S, 6 M, 8 L, 4 XL. If you do not know yet, a common split for adults is 10 percent S, 30 percent M, 35 percent L, 20 percent XL and 5 percent 2XL. Names and numbers can be added to the back as a list in a spreadsheet or in the email.
Which print method
- Screen print: best for 24 pieces or more with 1 to 4 solid colours. Lowest unit price at volume.
- DTG: full colour and photos, any quantity, no set-up.
- DTF transfer: bright colours on dark garments.
- Embroidery: left chest logos on polos and caps, $6 extra per piece.
Proofs and timeline
We send a proof within 1 business day of your request. Production takes 5 to 7 business days after you approve it, and orders over 48 pieces ship in 7 to 10 business days. Add 3 to 5 business days for shipping and keep a buffer of one week before your event.
Checklist before you ask
- Product and colour.
- Total quantity and size split.
- Artwork: PNG at 300 dpi with a transparent background, or PDF.
- Names and numbers, if any.
- Delivery address and the date you need the garments.
