Personalised products
Every garment is printed to your design and made to order. For that reason we cannot accept returns for change of mind or because the wrong size was ordered. Please check the size guide before you order.
Size exchanges
We do not offer size exchanges, because printed garments cannot be resold. This is the main reason the size guide lists exact chest widths.
When we reprint or refund
- The print is blurred, shifted, cut off or in the wrong colours compared with the approved preview.
- The garment arrives damaged, stained or with a manufacturing fault.
- You received the wrong item, size or colour.
How to report a problem
Write to hello@example.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will reprint the item at no cost or refund it, as you prefer. You do not need to send the item back.
What is not covered
- Typos, low-resolution images or wrong names in a design you approved or uploaded.
- Small colour differences between a screen and a printed garment.
- Fading or cracking caused by hot washing, bleach, or ironing on the print.
- Shrinkage within 3 percent, which is normal for cotton.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we confirm the claim. Shipping is refunded when the error was ours.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel for a full refund until the file is approved for printing, normally within 1 business day of ordering. After that the garments are in production and cannot be cancelled.
