Processing and production
Every order is checked by a person before it is printed. Standard production takes 2 to 4 business days after your file is approved. If we need to ask you something about the file, the clock starts when you answer.
Express production
Need it sooner? Choose express in the Delivery option on the product page. Production then takes 1 to 2 business days for $9.95 extra per order. Express applies to production only; shipping time is the same.
Shipping time and cost
- Standard shipping: 3 to 5 business days within the United States.
- Free on orders over $75.
- Flat $5.95 on orders of $75 or less.
Bulk orders
Orders over 48 pieces ship in 7 to 10 business days from approval of the proof. We confirm the date in writing when you approve.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the studio in Austin.
Packaging
Garments are folded flat and sent in a recyclable mailer. Team orders are packed by name or size group when you ask us to.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, write to hello@example.com with your order number and we will trace it or send a replacement.
