Designing
How does the designer work?
Open a product and choose the design button. You can switch between the front, back and sleeve or left chest views, add text and images, and move or resize them. The preview updates as you work.
Which file types can I upload?
PNG at 300 dpi with a transparent background, or a PDF. Choose Upload print-ready file under Artwork on the product page. A person checks every file before printing.
Can you design it for me?
Yes. Choose Hire a designer under Artwork for $15. Send us your logo, text and wishes after checkout and we send a proof before printing.
Will the garment colour in the preview match the real one?
The preview shows the colour as photographed, and screens vary. Expect small differences; the printed ink colours can also look slightly softer than on a bright screen.
Where can I place the print?
Pick your print locations on the product page: front, back and left chest, depending on the garment. Each view has its own print area, shown in the designer.
Ordering and delivery
Which size should I order?
Use the size guide. Measure a shirt you like and compare it with the chest widths. Women’s tops run about 1.5 in narrower; hoodies run about 1 in roomier.
How long does an order take?
Standard production is 2 to 4 business days, then 3 to 5 business days shipping in the US. Express production takes 1 to 2 days for $9.95 extra. Bulk orders over 48 pieces ship in 7 to 10 business days.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No. One tee is fine with DTG or DTF. Screen printing starts at 24 pieces and team products start at 12 pieces.
Do you give discounts on larger orders?
Yes. Prices drop at 12, 24, 48 and 100 pieces by 10, 18, 25 and 32 percent. The table is on every product page.
Care and quality
How should I wash a printed garment?
Wash inside out in cold water, do not use bleach and never iron directly on the print. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Garments may shrink up to 3 percent.
Can I return a shirt that does not fit?
Personalised garments are made to order, so we cannot take them back for change of mind or wrong size. If the print is wrong or the item is damaged, send a photo within 30 days. See Returns and refunds.
