Production and shipping times
- Production: 2 business days for standard cards, postcards and envelopes; 3 to 4 business days for thick, coloured-edge and specialty stocks.
- Standard shipping: 3 to 5 business days after production. Free on orders over $50.
- Express shipping: 1 to 2 business days after production, priced at checkout.
- We ship from Los Angeles to the United States, Canada and most of Europe. International delivery times and duties vary.
Proofs and approvals
Nothing is printed until your design is approved. Designs made in the online designer show a live preview; uploaded files are checked by our team and a digital proof is emailed to you.
Returns and reprints
Because every order is made specially for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, has a printing fault or does not match your approved proof, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will reprint it or refund you in full.
Cancelling or changing an order
You can change or cancel an order until it goes to press, usually within two hours of purchase. Email [email protected] with your order number.
