Which file formats can I upload?
We accept print-ready PDF (preferred), JPG, PNG, AI and EPS files. For sharp results use at least 300 dpi and add 3 mm (0.125 in) of bleed. The online designer warns you when an image is too small.
How long does production and delivery take?
Most orders go to press within 2 business days; thick and specialty cards take 3 to 4. Standard shipping then takes 3 to 5 business days, express shipping 1 to 2. You see the exact dates at checkout.
Can I see a proof before my order is printed?
Yes. The online designer shows a live preview, and for uploaded files our team checks the artwork and emails a digital proof. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
What if my order arrives damaged or the colours look wrong?
Contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will reprint or refund it. See our Shipping and Returns page for details.
Which paper stocks and finishes do you offer?
Matte, gloss, silk and soft-touch laminate on 14 to 32 pt stock, plus uncoated cotton blends and coloured edges. Each product page lists the stock it is printed on.
