Processing and production
Every order is checked by a person before it is printed. Standard production takes 2 to 7 business days after your file is approved: posters 2 to 4, canvas and framed prints 4 to 7. If we need to ask you something about the file, the clock starts when you answer.
Express production
Need it sooner? Choose express in the Delivery option on the product page. Production then takes 1 to 4 business days for the extra price shown there. Express applies to production only; shipping time is the same.
Shipping time and cost
- Standard shipping: 3 to 5 business days within the United States.
- Free on orders over $75.
- Flat $5.95 on orders of $75 or less.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the studio in Portland.
Packaging
Posters ship rolled in a strong tube (large posters) or flat in a card sleeve (art prints). Canvases and frames ship in a corner-protected carton, and acrylic prints in a foam-lined box. Large orders may arrive in more than one parcel.
