Can I see my mug before I order?
Yes. The online designer shows your photo and text on the mug as you work, side by side for two-sided mugs. What you see in the preview is what we print.
Which files can I upload?
JPG, PNG and PDF. For a sharp print use a picture of at least 1800 x 800 pixels for an 11 oz wrap; the designer warns you when a photo is too small.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Ceramic mugs are printed with dye-sublimation, so the print becomes part of the coating and survives the dishwasher. Magic mugs, enamel mugs and steel tumblers last longest when washed by hand.
How long does it take?
Most orders are printed within 2 business days and shipped with tracking. Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days; express delivery is offered at checkout.
Do you print in bulk for teams and events?
Yes. Prices drop automatically from 6, 12 and 36 pieces of the same design. For larger runs, send us a message from the contact page.
