About Mug Store
Mug Store is a small print studio for mugs, tumblers and travel cups in Portland. You design the cup in the browser, we print it, check it and send it.
Every order starts in the online designer: you see your photo or your words on the mug before you pay. When the order arrives, a person opens the file and checks the resolution, the edges and the print area. If something would print badly, we write to you before anything is printed.
Printed to last
Ceramic mugs and steel tumblers are printed with dye-sublimation: the ink becomes part of the coating, so the print survives daily use.
Design online
Start from a template or a blank mug, add photos and text, and see the wrap before you order. Or upload a finished file.
Safe delivery
Every mug is packed in a protective box and shipped with tracking, normally within 2 business days of your order.
