This is a demo store. The policy below is a template written for the demo; replace it with your own before you sell.
Processing time
Every order is checked by a person before it is printed. Printing takes 1 to 2 business days after your file is approved. If we need to ask you something about the file, the clock starts when you answer.
Delivery options
- Standard: 3 to 5 business days after printing. Free on orders over $75, otherwise a flat $5.95.
- Express: 1 to 2 business days after printing, $9.95 extra. Choose it in the Delivery option on the product page.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the studio.
Packaging
Mugs ship in a fitted cardboard box that protects the handle. The optional gift box adds a ribbon and tissue paper inside the shipping box.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, write to hello@example.com with your order number and we will trace it or send a replacement.
