Your store
- Give accurate information when you apply.
- Keep your store name, description and policies up to date.
- You are responsible for the products you list, the orders you accept and the parcels you send.
Your products and designs
- Only list what you have the right to sell or print.
- No counterfeit goods, no stolen artwork, no third-party logos.
- A Creator declares that each design is theirs, or licensed, when they publish it.
Orders and buyers
- Ship within the time you promise on the product page.
- Answer buyers’ messages promptly.
- Add tracking when you ship.
- Handle problems fairly. The marketplace team can step in on a dispute.
Ending a store
You can close your store at any time, once open orders are fulfilled. The marketplace can suspend a store that breaks these terms.
