Who ships my order?
The Maker who sells each product. If your basket has products from two Makers, they ship separately and you get a tracking link for each parcel.
Do I pay each seller separately?
No. You pay once at checkout. The marketplace splits the payment between the sellers.
Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. On a product page choose Start design to use the online designer, or upload your own file. Check the preview before you add the product to your basket.
What is a proof?
Some Makers send a proof of your print for your approval before production starts. You see it in your account, and you can approve it or ask for changes.
What is a licence on a design?
A design from a Creator is licensed for use on a product. The standard licence covers your own use; a commercial licence covers selling what you make. Each design page lists the licences on offer.

Makers and Creators. Apply on the Sell with us page; the marketplace team reviews every application.
How do I see what I earned?
Your seller dashboard lists earnings and payouts, order by order.
Problems
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Message the Maker from the order. If you cannot agree, open a dispute from the same order and the marketplace team looks at it.
