What you need to apply
- Your store name, store address and country, and a short description.
- Makers: what you can produce. Creators: a link to your portfolio.
- Your shipping and returns policies.
- The PayPal email address your payouts go to.
- Your legal name, tax ID or VAT number and business type.
- Identity or business documents as PDF, JPG or PNG (up to 3 files of 5 MB). They are stored privately and only our team can see them.
Questions
Who can sell here?
Makers, who produce and ship personalised products to order, and Creators, who publish designs for makers to print under a licence.
Who ships an order?
The maker who sells the product. Buyers pay once, each seller ships separately, and the buyer gets a tracking link per shipment.
Do I approve a design before I print it?
Makers can ask buyers to approve a proof before production. It is a setting of your store.
How long does the review take?
Our team reviews every application by hand and emails you as soon as there is a decision. If it is not approved you can apply again.
Can I change my store address later?
No. Choose it carefully when you apply. Your store name, logo, banner and description can be edited at any time from your store settings.
How do I see what I earned?
Your seller dashboard lists earnings and payouts, order by order.
