Can I upload my own artwork?
Yes. In the online designer you can add your own pictures and logos to any product. For brochures and catalogues you can also upload a finished PDF; a PDF with 0.125 in bleed gives the best result.
Which file resolution do I need?
For posters and flyers use 300 dpi at the final size. Large banners look sharp from 100 to 150 dpi because they are seen from further away.
How long does printing take?
Most orders are printed within two working days after you approve the preview. Banners, stands and catalogues can take one extra day.
Can I see my design before it prints?
Yes. The online designer shows a preview of every side, and our prepress team checks your file before printing.
Do you offer discounts for larger quantities?
Yes. The price per item drops automatically from 10 and from 25 copies; the discount is shown before you add the product to the cart.
How is my order delivered?
Standard delivery is a flat rate, and delivery is free above 75 dollars. Banners and stands are shipped in protective tubes and boxes.
