How it works
Apply with your company details. We review every application and set up your account, your team and your terms. Once approved, everyone on your team signs in with their own login and sees the company’s prices.
Price lists for members
Members see the prices agreed for their company on every product and in the cart, instead of the public prices. Price lists and quantity prices are set per company by the store.
Payment terms and approvals
Approved companies can pay by invoice on agreed terms, with a purchase order number when needed. Orders above an amount you choose can wait for an approver before they go to production.
Open invoices can be paid online with the store’s payment methods, several in one payment, and a monthly statement is ready to print or download.
Tax-exempt companies
Upload your tax exemption certificate in your account. Once the store approves it, your orders are tax-free until it expires.
Reorders
Order lists shared with your team, Quick order by SKU and Buy again make repeat orders a few clicks. Team members who cannot order can send a list for approval.
Team overview
Company admins see one timeline of orders, quotes, approvals, payments and team changes, and spend reports by month, team member, cost centre and product.
