Which file formats can I upload?
PDF is best. We also accept JPG and PNG at 300 dpi. Add 1/8 in (3 mm) bleed on every side and keep text 1/8 in inside the trim line.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. The designer shows a preview of every side before you add the order to the cart, and our prepress team checks each file. If something needs fixing we e-mail you before printing.
How long does printing and delivery take?
Most orders are printed in 2-3 business days. Standard shipping takes another 3-5 business days; express shipping is offered at checkout.
Which paper should I choose for business cards?
350 gsm matte is our everyday card and easy to write on. 400 gsm silk feels heavier and shows colour richly; add soft-touch lamination for a velvet feel.
Why do printed colours look different from my screen?
Screens show colour in RGB light, presses print in CMYK ink. Bright screen colours can print a little deeper. Set your files up in CMYK for the closest match.
Do you give discounts on larger quantities?
Yes. The price per pack drops automatically from 5 packs and again from 10 packs; you see the discount in the price before you order.
