How do I design my print?
Open a product and click Start design. Pick one of the ready-made templates, change the text, colours and pictures, and add it to the cart. You can also upload your own print-ready file.
Which file formats can I upload?
PDF, AI, EPS, PNG and JPG up to 50 MB. For the sharpest result use a PDF with the fonts embedded, 300 dpi pictures and 0.125 in bleed.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. Every order gets a free online proof. We start printing when you approve it.
How long does printing take?
Most orders are printed within two business days. Large banners and catalogs can take one more day. Shipping time is added at checkout.
Can I order a sample?
Yes, ask us through the contact page and we send a free paper sample pack within the US.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Tell us within 14 days of delivery. If we made a mistake we reprint the order at no cost.
