The policy below is a template written for the demo; replace it with your own before you sell.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Made-to-order products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every product is printed to your design, so we cannot take it back for a change of mind. We can reprint or refund when something is our fault.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we fix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The print does not match the approved proof (colour, position, cut line).<\/li>\n\n<li>The labels or stickers arrive damaged, or the wrong size, material or quantity.<\/li>\n\n<li>The adhesive fails on a surface it is meant for.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to ask<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within 30 days of delivery, write to <a href=\"mailto:hello@example.com\">hello@example.com<\/a> with the order number and a photo of the problem. We reply within 1 business day with a reprint or a refund of the item price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we cannot fix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spelling mistakes or low-resolution artwork that you approved, small colour differences between a screen and the print, and adhesive failure on powdery, oily or textured surfaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
