This page explains how a bulk order works from first email to delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minimums<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Team and event products start at 12 pieces.<\/li>\n\n<li>Screen printing starts at 24 pieces, up to 4 colours, with a set-up of $15 per colour.<\/li>\n\n<li>DTG and DTF have no minimum, so a mixed order is possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Discounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The unit price falls at 12, 24, 48 and 100 pieces by 10, 18, 25 and 32 percent. For orders above 100 pieces, ask for a quote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sizes, names and numbers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Send a size split, for example 2 S, 6 M, 8 L, 4 XL. If you do not know yet, a common split for adults is 10 percent S, 30 percent M, 35 percent L, 20 percent XL and 5 percent 2XL. Names and numbers can be added to the back as a list in a spreadsheet or in the email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Which print method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Screen print<\/strong>: best for 24 pieces or more with 1 to 4 solid colours. Lowest unit price at volume.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>DTG<\/strong>: full colour and photos, any quantity, no set-up.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>DTF transfer<\/strong>: bright colours on dark garments.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Embroidery<\/strong>: left chest logos on polos and caps, $6 extra per piece.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proofs and timeline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We send a proof within 1 business day of your request. Production takes 5 to 7 business days after you approve it, and orders over 48 pieces ship in 7 to 10 business days.
