For that reason we cannot accept returns for change of mind or because the wrong size was ordered. Please check the <a href=\"https:\/\/demo.cmsmart.net\/stores\/cmsmart-custom-apparel-store\/size-guide\/\">size guide<\/a> before you order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Size exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not offer size exchanges, because printed garments cannot be resold. This is the main reason the size guide lists exact chest widths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When we reprint or refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The print is blurred, shifted, cut off or in the wrong colours compared with the approved preview.<\/li>\n\n<li>The garment arrives damaged, stained or with a manufacturing fault.<\/li>\n\n<li>You received the wrong item, size or colour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to report a problem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Write to <a href=\"mailto:hello@example.com\">hello@example.com<\/a> within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will reprint the item at no cost or refund it, as you prefer. You do not need to send the item back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is not covered<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Typos, low-resolution images or wrong names in a design you approved or uploaded.<\/li>\n\n<li>Small colour differences between a screen and a printed garment.<\/li>\n\n<li>Fading or cracking caused by hot washing, bleach, or ironing on the print.<\/li>\n\n<li>Shrinkage within 3 percent, which is normal for cotton.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How refunds are paid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we confirm the claim. Shipping is refunded when the error was ours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancelling an order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can cancel for a full refund until the file is approved for printing, normally within 1 business day of ordering.
