You can switch between the front, back and sleeve or left chest views, add text and images, and move or resize them. The preview updates as you work.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Which file types can I upload?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PNG at 300 dpi with a transparent background, or a PDF. Choose <em>Upload print-ready file<\/em> under Artwork on the product page. A person checks every file before printing.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Can you design it for me?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. Choose <em>Hire a designer<\/em> under Artwork for $15. Send us your logo, text and wishes after checkout and we send a proof before printing.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Will the garment colour in the preview match the real one?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The preview shows the colour as photographed, and screens vary. Expect small differences; the printed ink colours can also look slightly softer than on a bright screen.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Where can I place the print?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pick your print locations on the product page: front, back and left chest, depending on the garment. Each view has its own print area, shown in the designer.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ordering and delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Which size should I order?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use the <a href=\"https:\/\/demo.cmsmart.net\/stores\/cmsmart-custom-apparel-store\/size-guide\/\">size guide<\/a>. Measure a shirt you like and compare it with the chest widths. Women\u2019s tops run about 1.5 in narrower; hoodies run about 1 in roomier.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>How long does an order take?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Standard production is 2 to 4 business days, then 3 to 5 business days shipping in the US. Express production takes 1 to 2 days for $9.95 extra. Bulk orders over 48 pieces ship in 7 to 10 business days.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Is there a minimum quantity?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No. One tee is fine with DTG or DTF. Screen printing starts at 24 pieces and team products start at 12 pieces.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Do you give discounts on larger orders?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. Prices drop at 12, 24, 48 and 100 pieces by 10, 18, 25 and 32 percent. The table is on every product page.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Care and quality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>How should I wash a printed garment?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wash inside out in cold water, do not use bleach and never iron directly on the print. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Garments may shrink up to 3 percent.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Can I return a shirt that does not fit?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personalised garments are made to order, so we cannot take them back for change of mind or wrong size. If the print is wrong or the item is damaged, send a photo within 30 days.
