If your basket has products from two Makers, they ship separately and you get a tracking link for each parcel.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Do I pay each seller separately?<\/summary>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No. You pay once at checkout. The marketplace splits the payment between the sellers.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Can I use my own artwork?<\/summary>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. On a product page choose <strong>Start design<\/strong> to use the online designer, or upload your own file. Check the preview before you add the product to your basket.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>What is a proof?<\/summary>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some Makers send a proof of your print for your approval before production starts. You see it in your account, and you can approve it or ask for changes.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>What is a licence on a design?<\/summary>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A design from a Creator is licensed for use on a product. The standard licence covers your own use; a commercial licence covers selling what you make. Each design page lists the licences on offer.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Who can sell here?<\/summary>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Makers and Creators. Apply on the <a href=\"\/sell\/\">Sell with us<\/a> page; the marketplace team reviews every application.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>How do I see what I earned?<\/summary>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your seller dashboard lists earnings and payouts, order by order.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Problems<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>What if something arrives damaged or wrong?<\/summary>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Message the Maker from the order.
