Sellers are paid from the earnings the marketplace records for each order. This page explains how those earnings turn into money in your account. The marketplace sets the hold period, the minimum and the payout methods; the figures below are therefore described, not fixed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Each order is split into one sub-order for every Maker. When one is paid, your earnings for it appear in your seller dashboard: the sale and the shipping you charged, less the marketplace fee. A Creator earns a royalty each time a Maker produces one of their designs, less a fee on that royalty. The demo publishes a fee of 10% on Maker sales and 15% on Creator royalties; the current table is on Fees and policies<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Earnings are held for a number of days after the order was paid. The marketplace sets that number. Until the hold ends, the money counts as pending; after it, it counts as available. A refund reverses the matching earnings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A request does not take money out of your balance. A payout line only reduces your balance once it is sent<\/strong>. Your available balance is your ledger balance minus open payout lines, so an open request cannot be asked for twice. If a payment fails or is returned, the line is reversed and the money goes back to your balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n While a buyer’s dispute on one of your orders is open, the amount concerned is held and does not count as available. When the dispute is decided, it is either refunded or released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Payouts go out by the methods the marketplace has switched on. A demo may pay by manual transfer only; others add PayPal or Stripe.
